Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently deliver across Eastern Province and Riyadh only.
  • Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary.
  • We are not liable for delivery delays caused by courier services, force majeure, or incorrect customer information.

Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of food products, returns are only accepted if the product is:
    • Defective,
    • Damaged upon delivery, or
    • Incorrect (different from the order).

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
